Absolutely. We slow-cook both beef and chicken birria. You can order quesabirria tacos with either, but we can’t mix meats in the same order — it changes the cook.
Each order comes with cilantro, onions, and a side of rich beef consommé for dipping. The tacos are served on corn tortillas with melted cheese inside.
